Steps involved

1 – Creation of a Logo Design Brief

  • Gather information about your business, competition, and target audience through a questionnaire.
  • Understand your business goals, challenges, and the message you want to convey.

2 – Research & Discovery

  • Conduct research on your company, its history, and competitors.
  • Study the target groups and individuals to understand their needs and challenges.

3 – Idea Generation & Design

  • Explore logo ideas through sketches and drawings.
  • Create vector-based logo designs using Affinity Designer software, ensuring scalability and quality.
  • I run preference tests through a remote user research platform. This guarantees that human insights inform the design, ensuring it resonates well with your target audience.

4 – Presentation

  • Prepare a presentation showcasing the logo design options.
  • Explain the design decisions and rationale behind each logo.
  • Meet online for a video call to present the designs.

5 – Final Delivery and Support

  • Refine and finalize the chosen logo design.
  • Provide a comprehensive logo package with files for web and print use.
  • Transfer full copyright of the final logo design to you.
  • Include a logo usage document to guide you on using different file formats.
  • Offer ongoing support and assistance with any questions or concerns.

Logo design package includes:

CMYK version – Full colour printing is made up of only 4 colours: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. These 4 colours mix together to build up any images you can imagine. You will need this format when you require printed material that displays full colour images on the same page. Provided in Vector (Ai/PDF/EPS) format.

Pantone colour version – Ideal for single colour literature, pens and stationery where print costs are limited, or where precise colour application is required. This will be provided in Vector (Ai/PDF/EPS) format.

Pure black version – Like it says, this version is pure black version of your logo. This is ideal for black and white, or single colour documents. Provided in Vector (Ai/PDF/EPS) format.

Pure white knockout – Want to use your logo over a dark photo, or on a solid dark colour? A white version solves colour and visibility issues to give the best result. Provided in Vector (Ai/PDF/EPS) format.

RGB version – Unlike print colours, screen colours are made up of Red, Green and Blue, mixing the light of each colour to make up the full colour spectrum. Your logo will be provided as an optimised Jpeg file format, and transparent PNG, as well as SVG, which is a vector version for digital use.

Favicon – A 32 x 32 favicon of your logo will be created for use on your website.
