See which companies visit your website - LeadInfo setup

Your analytics can tell you how many people visited your website last week. It cannot tell you who they were. For a lot of businesses that gap does not matter. But if your customers are other businesses, it matters a great deal. Somewhere in that traffic are companies who read your services page, thought about it, and left without saying hello.

Leadinfo closes that gap. I set it up and run it for you, for a fixed monthly price.

What Leadinfo does

Leadinfo puts names to your business visitors. It matches each visit against a large company database and shows you which companies have been on your site, which pages they read, and how often they came back.

So instead of a graph showing 300 visits, you see that a manufacturer in Leeds read your pricing page twice this week. That is something you can act on.

Why that is useful

Most business websites convert only a small share of their visitors into enquiries. The rest leave without a trace. With Leadinfo running, a good chunk of those visitors stop being anonymous.

That changes how you follow up. You are no longer cold calling from a list. You are getting in touch with companies who have already shown an interest, at the moment they are showing it. You can also see which pages get attention from the kinds of companies you want, which tells you where your website is doing its job and where it is not.

Being honest about the limits

This only works if you sell to other businesses. Leadinfo identifies companies, not individual people. If your customers are the general public, it is not the right tool for you, and I will tell you that on the first call rather than sell you something you do not need.

It also does not identify every visitor. Someone browsing from home or on their phone will usually show up as unknown. What it does identify, week after week, is enough to be genuinely useful.

What about privacy?

Leadinfo works without cookies, so there is no extra consent banner cluttering up your site. It uses publicly available company data only. No personal profiles, no following individuals around the internet. The data is held on servers in the EU and the whole thing is built to comply with UK and EU privacy law.

What I do for you

You do not need to learn a new dashboard unless you want to. I handle the lot:

  • Add the tracking code to your website and check it is working
  • Set up filters so bots and junk traffic are removed
  • Build alerts, so you get an email when a company worth knowing about visits
  • Connect it to your CRM or inbox if you use one
  • Record a short Loom video showing you how to read what you are seeing
  • Send you a short monthly summary of who visited and what they looked at

Is it right for your business?

If your customers are other businesses and your website gets steady traffic, it is worth a conversation. If you are not sure whether your traffic is enough, I can look at your numbers first and give you a straight answer.

Get in touch and we can talk it through.
