I have a radio show.
On my radio show, I play music that I like to listen to while I work at designing websites and creating graphic designs. I am the first to admit that the music I like will probably fall short of people’s expectations – most of it is highly experimental and just plain damn weird.I can fade between a twenty-minute field recording montage into a Harsh Noise track. Then mix that into an electroacoustic composition only to follow with a free-jazz improvisation.

It is eclectic, and it is strange. Most people hate it.
However, I have the good fortune to be broadcast on Soundart Radio, down in Devon. They humour me and air my show last thing in the schedule on a Wednesday evening.
Increasingly I have started to take the show that bit more seriously. I have invested in some high quality (for an amateur) equipment and – most importantly – I have a new domain for the project.
There is an embedded player on the site & I have implemented the use of the Disqus comment system to keep a tab on developments. The images were all from Wiki Commons, and I use the correct format of attribution on my record label’s site, which was the old home of The Parish News. Below you can listen to the latest edition (as of this post).
